The longer I work here the more I see that there is a lot that Aizen-sama and others in his position have to deal with. I'm pleased that there are such capable people above Kira-kun and I because it helps to know that we work for those who are quick thinkers and just so dedicated. I know that Kira-kun and I probably are getting the best learning experiences here.

Oh, but I'm sure that Shiro-chan learns a lot of good stuff in his position too! This is just that kind of company, where there are no unimportant positions, huh?

Aren't we lucky?

It's so great being able to work in such a nice big building with friends everywhere. I was so happy to see Kira-kun! We'll have to go out to lunch one day.

Aizen-sama is a very good boss, and I hope that I continue to measure up.

I can't believe how lucky I am, and how amazing everything is! I get to work under Aizen Sousuke, and so far everything is going great! I have so many things to remember but I won't fail him, and I'm sure he knows that. He expects the best of me and that's what he'll get.

I hope Shiro-chan is alright...I haven't seen him in a bit. Maybe we can go to lunch sometime.

Oh, I should make sure I have everything I need for tomorrow, time to check my supplies.
